The article doesn't really provide the information on Her Interactive. Sure she's done Nancy Drew games (In C... which I find really odd... I'm going to have to steal, er, 'borrow' these from my friend just to see if it actually worked) but what else has Her Interactive done? And if Her Interactive is known for one game series... well that's not a recepie for longevity.
Also, I'm amazed they turn a profit at $20 a game... the production values must be really low.
Her Interactive consistently produces wonderful Nancy Drew games. Nancy's transition from book to computer screen is amazing! Here we are after 15 games, and fans like me are 'like ravenous monkeys, gobbling up every Nancy Drew game that comes along' (to paraphrase Professor Beatrice Hotchkiss, one of the best ND game characters of all time.)
It is a pleasure to recommend all the Nancy Drew games, as well as to give quality reasons of fun, education, awesome adaptation, and excellent online gamer support, to people who ask about my favorite hobby of Nancy Drew.
:)
I absolutely love all of the Nancy Drew games. I own all of them, and even borrow them out to friends, who ask me for hints when they are stuck. Everyone I know who has played the Nancy Drew games love them! I have been on the Nancy Drew message board since 2003, it is a fun community and it's also satisfying to know that you are helping other members, enjoy their game.
I am looking for my elementary school classmate, Megan Gaiser. Please pass my email address along to her. I would love to to reconnect.Maryelg@aol.com
Thank you,
Mary Ellen
I love what Megan Gaiser and her team do. I own all of the games, and I have been a member of Her Interactive's message board since May of 2001. I am very happy that Nancy Drew was made into a computer game, and I hope to see many unique games in the future. :)
I just looove all the Nancy Drew books and I have over 100 Nancy Drew-books.
To all of you Nancy Drew lovers: Be forever loving them! Because I promise I will.
