It's funny he mentioned tattoos, since I've always wanted a Max tattoo. However, I want Steve to do the sketch mostly so he could draw Max with a cactus and hot peppers. I would prefer his style of cactus and hot peppers and not leave it up to the tattoo artist. Also, if might be fun to see how he combines those items with Max. Anyway, I've never figured out how to contact him so the tat hasn't happened yet. I guess I should start a classic gaming or comic review blog and then I could interview him.
Pure coincidence, I purchased Sam & Max: Season One on DVD today while I was browsing the stores and enjoying a relaxed January Sale atmosphere as most people nursed hangovers at home rather than brave the shops!
Have played a fair way through episode one and I am loving it - everything is so familiar to me, it's like I'm playing the original LucasArts' Sam & Max Hit the Road game but with entirely new stories :)
The characters are great, Max is so adorable but I'm sure he won't like me saying that...
Anyhow, thanks for a great interview with the guy who gave us Sam & Max, really appreciate it!
