Very Good

Great (really great) graphics. Bad (really bad) voice acting. Good gameplay and some nice puzzles. It's a shame that not all puzzles are good, though. Some of them (not too many, I have to admit) are completely illogical and not even after using the built in puzzle solver do they make any sense at all... I enjoyed accompanying Lydia in her journey most of the time, though, and recomend the game to any adventurer.

Good

Thanks for the review! I find surprising that a game published relatively recently is already considered "retro". But nevermind. I tend to agree with the writer's opinion about the game's graphics and atmospheric music. On the other hand, voice acting was way below par. Lydia sounded anything but excited. She sounds bored almost to tears from everything. Zak and the peddlar (sorry, I forgot his name) sound like someone was simply going through his lines. Another thing. In the beginning of the game there is a short tutorial to get the player aquainted with the interface. It's a good idea on the whole, but it involve the characters themselves. In other words, they know they are simply game characters. This ruined much of the experience for me. I guess they feel like Jim Carey towards the end of "The Truman show". Keepsake has a great premise and lots of technical and artistic effort put into it. But it should have, and could have been much much better.
