Jack Toresal and The Secret Letter is the first title of the Miradania series and the first game released by Textfyre. As the name suggests, Textfyre is hoping to revive a commercial market for text based games. I have to rate it excellent - it's our story!

Anyway, I wanted to point out that we've completed the design changes for a version 2 of Secret Letter, including a more appealing ending (or maybe just less abrupt). These changes don't detract from the story, but add a little bit of depth in some of the weaker parts of the story/game.

We're also addressing many of the UI issues that have been brought up, including ones in this review.

I'd also point out that Shadow in the Cathedral will be out November 6th in Standard form, with the Deluxe version coming out later. See the website and blog for details.
